Being happy, comfortable, and confident in my own skin
I've done it, and you can get there too. It doesn't matter how old or out of shape you think you are.
Using strength and mobility training techniques I was able to bring my spine into alignment and eliminate nagging lower-back pain. I was able to rejuvenate shoulders that clicked, popped, and made my fingers tingly and numb when I moved them certain ways. I also regained the ability to run, jump, and play sports which had been a huge part of my life for a very long time.
I learned from the best and was able to completely fix my broken body while I built the physique I wanted. Now it's my turn to help you.
Not every problem can be addressed by working out, but you would probably be surprised by what is possible.
It is my dream to help people enjoy life more fully for longer by helping them move without pain, by building bodies that feel good to be in, and by teaching people how to optimize their health today and for all the years to come.
